Our story

Our founder, Matt, came to Canada in 2012 as a carpenter. After starting a construction contracting company, he struggled to find workers with the right skills, experience and attitude. In order to find the right people Matt recruited directly from his overseas network, that’s when A Few Good Lads was born. Since then, we’ve been helping newcomers achieve their Canadian dreams and helping employers to find the talent they need to get the job done
